How long will it take my signs to arrive?

The time it takes to receive your signs is the time required to produce your order plus the shipping speed you choose. We generally require approximately 3 days to produce a sign, although some orders may take longer. For banners are typically shipped within 24 hours after receipt of artwork approval.

For Example: If you place a sign order and select UPS Ground shipping, you can expect your signs to arrive in 4 to 8 business days-three days to produce and 1-5 days to deliver.

If you need your signs in a hurry, we recommend that you expedite your order through production and choose the fastest shipping speed. This will ensure that your order is produced and delivered as soon as possible.

Production Time

Thinq Visual, Inc. does its best to get every sign order processed, manufactured, boxed and shipped out of our facilities within 3 business days.
Please Note: The 3 business days describes the time between order placement and the departure of your sign order from our facility. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TIME FOR SHIPMENT OF THE SIGN ORDER.
Flags, neon signs and bumper stickers may take up to 7 business days to produce because of the additional labor steps involved in creating a quality product.
Custom flags take up to 2 weeks to produce.

Expedites

Expediting your order moves it to the top of our processing queue. Production time still may vary, but if you call our 800 number at the top of the website we can give you a rough delivery estimate. Remember to upgrade your shipping to Next Day or 2nd Day Air, as this significantly shortens the time it takes to get your signs. The charge to expedite your order is based on the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive an email that links you to a page where you can track the status of your order. You will be given a FedEx tracking number as well as a unique package identification number. By looking at your activity report, you can see when you package is expected to arrive.
